p/s: sgt marilyn told me to explain things on this blog cus she feels the portal's kinda complex -.- aites. basically the two notices on the board in the portal refers to the same thing, creating a logo for the singapore 2010 youth olympics in exchange for badges. yeah, simple? ok it's simple, yeah?
